I have this Marlin 336a that is chambered in .35 rem. It is a 1952 model year according to the serial numbers. I took it to the range to see whrre it was firing and it is shooting about 6 inches high at 50 yards with the rear sight as low as i can get it. (elevation bar totally removed) at 100 yards it is you guessed it...... 6 inches high at the same lowest setting. I didnt realize that a .35 rem shot that flat with a 220 grain bullet but i saw it with my own eyes. Because it is on the lowest setting at the rear sight what can i do now?

Put a cheek weld riser on the stock and try it that way should help. Your sight picture might be off just a bit if you dont want to spend a lot of money rubber band a piece of flexible foam to your stock to raise ypur cheek weld to see if it works. If it does then go and get yourself an actual cheek weld riser.
