What are we?
This website allows you to trade your shooting supplies for other shooting supplies OR you can barter with other members for shooting supplies. Example: trade .308 brass for .45 ACP brass. Example: trade new dell laptop for springfield XD .45acp.. This allows for members who may not have the funds to purchase items but may have something to trade for them... Tell your friends about us and welcome aboard.
Notice:
This forum, and it's managers, admins, and moderators, do not condone or encourage any illegal activity, whatsoever. You MUST follow all state and federal requirements with regard to the transfer of guns of any sort.

Inter-State transfer of any guns, whether long guns or hand guns, requires the intervention of a FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. Background checks MUST be done during the course of those transfers. Any felon or other person not qualified to receive a gun, should not seek to trade for a gun. Any suspected illegal activity here will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.

It is the responsibility of the all traders to proceed with any gun trades carefully and legally. This forum provides for only a method of communication between parties. And, neither your participation here, nor any trades that you arrange, create any real or implied legal implication of the forum, it's admins, managers, or moderators. The Port City of Homer, Alaska is located at the juncture of the North Pacific Gulf of Alaska and the Cook Inlet.
SwapArms appears to be a site where us AARP-Card-Carrying-Over-the-Hill-Gang can impose our learned the hard way knowledge on all you fine young shooters who will need to carry on the tradition. I look forward to it. Thank You for the opportunity to be a part of this forum.

The real purpose for swap arms is to facilitate swapping of guns, hunting, and related items. This is NOT a selling site. Swap deals only.

Of course, you may learn a thing or two along the way.
